Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIG‑IT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO ACCESS THE SITE IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
